Accessibility and Parking
In 2000, we added a large addition to our church. This addition is called the “Interconnect” because it literally connects our Education Building with our Sanctuary. When this projected was conceived, one of the priorities for the church was that it would allow the church to be accessible to people with limited mobility. That goal was realized, and we now have ramps, which lead into both of our church entrances. We also have two gender-neutral and handicapped accessible restrooms on our main level.
We have a small parking lot with one handicapped space. If someone in your party is mobility impaired, they can be dropped off right at the church’s front door. If the parking lot is full, you can park across Bedford Street in the parking lot of Simonds Park, which is a public park.
We believe that part of our calling to extend extravagant welcome to all people is to create a space in which all people feel safe and comfortable. We are always striving to make our space as accessible as possible for everyone in our community.
