Green Team Meatless Recipes

At the beginning of Lent the Green Team invited all to show kindness to Mother Earth and one of the suggested actions was to give up eating meat for 1-2 days a week. Unfortunately, our Meatless Luncheon was postponed due to the current social distancing situation, but that doesn’t mean we can’t share our meatless recipes with one another.
